Thryve Digital

Thryve digital is a business accelerator delivering digital solutions in the healthcare vertical. I created the website from scratch, which was a welcomed challenge because we were given no limitations, any guidelines or any base with which to begin working with. We helped launch the brand in a very aggressive three month timeline including all brand materials, recruitment campaign along with tone and messaging.

The initial launch was a complete success and the company fulfilled all of its positions in record time.

The Process

The Process

After gaining insight from the stakeholders on competition in the market, additional research went into how to engage potential recruits to join the company. There was a real need for something disruptive from the current recruitment campaigns. I started with a basic single page website that would showcase all of the information needed to engage a potential hire. Scrolling through would tell a story and end with the ability to contact Thryve for more info.

I tried multiple variations for how to pair the idea of nature and technology and the result is a mix of both. The site opens with a video juxtaposing tech and growth evoking interest into finding out more. Throughout the remainder of the page you come across additional accents of nature and tech that lead up to the new office space you could work in. This was a big deal to the stakeholders showing the environment since nothing was like it in the market.

The recruitment campaign exceeded all client expectations more than doubling the initial numbers they projected.
